Every Alarm System includes the following:

Intrusion Sensors

Door & Window Sensors	Door/Window contacts will detect a door or window when being opened. Benefit Alarm will sound before an intruder enters your home or business.


Overhead Door Sensor	Protect your motor vehicles, expensive tools, or remind yourself when you have left the door open by adding an overhead garage door sensor.


Tamper Sensors	Ideal for Safes & Vaults. Allows for normal human activity but reacts to the characteristic vibration patterns of breaking-and-entering tools.


Dual-Technology Motion Detector	The Dual-Technology Motion Detector senses both heat and movement. Benefit Alarm will sound when an intruder enters the area covered by the motion detector. Single device covers a large area. (Layout of home or business may affect effectiveness)


Glass Break Detector	The Glass Break Detector triggers the alarm when the breaking of glass is detected. Benefit Alarm will sound before an intruder enters your home or business,


Driveway Sensor	Motion activated sensor will notify you day or night when someone arrives on your property.


Medical Emergency Button	When the Medical Emergency Button is pressed the EMS are notified. Benefit Wireless pendant that you can keep on you at all times for emergency situations. No worries if a phone can not be reached.


Panic/Hold-Up Button	When pressed will cause a silent alarm which will notify the police.


Other Sensors

Smoke/Heat Detector ($)	Does your battery powered smoke alarm notify emergency responders in the event of a fire? No, but the monitored heat/smoke detectors can & will. Help minimize the damage done to you & your home during a fire.The monitored Smoke/Heat Detector has a built in siren. Benefit Notifies Fire Department whether or not you are on location.


Heat Detector ($)	Heat Detectors are placed in extreme heat environments such as boiler rooms, attics, & garages. The alarm is triggered when the temperature passes a certain degree. These devices also have a rate-of-rise feature in which the alarm is triggered if the temperature rises more than 15 degrees a minute.


Carbon Monoxide Detector	The Carbon Monoxide Detector uses the latest technology to detect various levels of Carbon Monoxide (Highs & Los) Benefit Ensure yourself of the quality of the air & detect extremely dangerous gas leaks.


Moisture Sensor	The Moisture Sensor mounts to the surface and notifies you of water leaks. Ideal for sump pumps & water heaters. Benefit Protect yourself from costly water damage.


Temperature Sensor	The Temperature Sensor monitors a user-determined range of temperature If the temperature rises or falls below the range you will be notified by the alarm company. Ideal for summer homes & walk in coolers/freezers.


Sirens/Horns/Strobes

Interior Siren	The Interior Siren is an audible warning device located inside the building. Benefit Alert those inside the home of an emergency & deter burglars.


Exterior Siren	The Exterior Siren is an audible warning device located on the outside of the building. Benefit Alert neighbors of an emergency, assist emergency responders in finding your location, deter burglar, & confirm that your alarm is on.


Strobe Light	A Strobe Light is mounted on the exterior of the building. Benefit Alert neighbors of an emergency, assist emergency responders in finding your location, deter burglar, & confirm that your alarm is on.


PIEZ-O-LARM Buzzer	The PIEZ-O-LARM buzzer is a great alternative to provide further distance than the keypad for the door chime function.


Alarm Panel Optional Communication

GSM ($)	Have you done away with your home phone line? Your alarm can still work by communicating alarm signals over cellular towers by using a GSM device. Great for backup or primary communication device.


IP Module ($)	Use your broadband internet service provider to communicate alarm signals by using an IP Module device. Great for backup or primary communication device.


Alarm Panel Convenience Device

Telephone Control Module	The Telephone Control Module allows you to arm and disarm your system from any touch tone phone. Benefit Double check the status of your alarm system while not on location; arm the system over the phone if you forgot; Disarm your system if you have a maintenance man coming by and arm it back up once they leave.


Smart-Key Wireless Remote	Arm & Disarm your alarm system at the press of a button on a key chain sized device. Also doubles as an emergency panic button. Benefit Arm & Disarm your system from your bed or on your way out the door. Device contains an emergency panic button that can easily be pressed when in distress.
